Online Abstract Submission

Please, remember the following important dates:

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: May 1st , 2024 (*)

  • Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: May 15th , 2024 (*)

  • Registration deadline for authors: April 30th , 2024 (*)

  • Conference Dates: Cairo (Egypt), 6th – 7th June , 2024.

Identification and abstract submission

Abstract submission guidelines:

  • Abstracts should be submitted online only. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted
  • The deadline for abstract submission is: May 1st, 2024.
  • Each author can only contribute two submissions.
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
  • Abstracts should be within any of the topic areas listed in the section topics of this website or related areas.
  • Abstracts’ body may not be longer than 350 words and should contain their information under the following subheadings: Background and objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, Keywords (2 to 5 keywords separated with coma), Disclosure statement (any conflicts of interests)
  • Authors should indicate whether their presentation preference is oral, poster or virtual. The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
  • Tables, charts or other graphics should not be included in your abstract.
  • Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. Abbreviations or their definitions should not be used in the title.
  • After registering your abstract, you will receive an email with your abstract id.
  • If you run into any problems during the submission process or you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Conference Secretariat at samirhatem@kasralainy.edu.eg
  • After submitting your abstract, you can not make any corrections to an already submitted abstract.
  • The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to you via email by May 1st , 2024.
  • WITHDRAWALS. Withdrawal of your abstract are permitted until May 15th, 2024.
  • Abstracts will be rejected without review for the following reasons:
    • Abstracts received after deadline
    • Incomplete submissions and/or incomplete disclosure statement(s).
